About the Role
Lead daily shifts at our modern slaughterhouse. Requires deep understanding of HACCP protocols and proven leadership to manage high-volume throughput.
Ubicados en el corazón de nuestra planta industrial en Benjamín Aceval, este rol es vital para la continuación ininterrumpida de nuestro programa de exportación de carne vacuna premium.
Key Responsibilities
- Dirigir y supervisar a un equipo de 50+ operarios industriales en la línea roja.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento estricto del protocolo SENACSA y los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOPs).
- Colaborar con QA para reaccionar inmediatamente a los controles de calidad en la línea.
- Mantener métricas de rendimiento y minimizar el tiempo de inactividad de la planta coordinando con el departamento de mantenimiento.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Agronomy, Food Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in an export-class refrigeration plant.
- Updated HACCP certification.
- Strong and demonstrable leadership in unionized working environments.
